Café Astoria has been welcoming guests in the heart of the Inner City for more than 100 years. But while its walls have a story to tell, it is not just its past that is a source of pride, the restaurant that is constantly able to reinvent itself is a very popular spot today too.

The fresh tastes and daring combinations are products of the prodigious culinary talents of head chef Tímea Lakatos. The chef’s name will be familiar to those interested in fine dining: Tímea was, among other things, instrumental in the success of Costes restaurant, which has since been awarded a Michelin star.

The sparkling wines are products of the Törley Sparkling Wine Cellar – the name says it all.
